If experiencing single slot or whole row enumeration issues with your Vector Dock, please refer to the below workflow to prevent/resolve this.
To avoid this issue happening:
- Before powering on your dock, disconnect the external power cable and USB cable.
- Press the power button on the dock and wait for 30 seconds for all devices to enumerate. Devices will light up twice during the start-up, please wait until the second time the white LED is ON before continuing with step 3.
- Once the devices have lit up twice, plug in the power cable and then wait 10 seconds.
- After 10 seconds, plug in the USB cable. The full dock of devices should now appear.
If enumeration issues have already occurred and the above steps were not followed:
- Remove the external power and USB cable from the dock and press the button to power off.
- Wait for 10 seconds and then start the dock up following the instructions given above.
