How to Power on your Dock to Prevent Enumeration Issues

If experiencing single slot or whole row enumeration issues with your Vector Dock, please refer to the below workflow to prevent/resolve this. 

To avoid this issue happening:

1. Before powering on your dock, disconnect the external power cable and USB cable.
2. Press the power button on the dock and wait for 30 seconds for all devices to enumerate. Devices will light up twice during the start-up, please wait until the second time the white LED is ON before continuing with step 3.
3. Once the devices have lit up twice, plug in the power cable and then wait 10 seconds.
4. After 10 seconds, plug in the USB cable. The full dock of devices should now appear. 

If enumeration issues have already occurred and the above steps were not followed:

1. Remove the external power and USB cable from the dock and press the button to power off.
2. Wait for 10 seconds and then start the dock up following the instructions given above.
