- Log in to OpenField Cloud and select the Help
button in the top-right corner of the platform.

Select Contact Us from the Help menu.
- When the chat bot window opens, you can:
- Type your question: Describe your issue in your own words. The bot will guide you through troubleshooting steps or provide relevant help articles.
- Select the support option: Select from the support options available in your area, as these can vary.
