How to Contact Support via the OpenField Cloud
Submitting a Help Request will allow Catapult Support temporary access to your Cloud account to view your widgets, settings etc. to assist with troubleshooting reported issues.
- Log in to the OpenField Cloud and select the Help icon on the bottom left

In the Help Search Bar, type in terms to try and troubleshoot your issue. If you still need assistance from the Support team, use the Contact Us link.

Fill out your name, email address, OpenField Username (should already be filled in), Region, Subject and Description. Attach any files if needed. Enter your name as the OpenField Username if you do not have an Account.

Click Send.
- A Catapult Support Representative will be in contact with you via the email you entered in step 4, as soon as possible.
