If the time it takes to Download an Activity from the Vector Remote Athlete app appears longer than usual, please follow these steps:
- Remove all other Vector Device(s) from the Vector Dock. Ensure these Device(s) are turned off.
- Remove all other Bluetooth connection(s) from your Phone.
- Restart the app.
- Restart your Phone.
- If you have exhausted all of these steps, please contact support.
