If the number of Devices found does not equal how many Devices are turned on, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- From the Device Screen -> tap the Setting cog -> tap Remove All Devices. Once this completed, please tap 'Scan For Devices' again.
- Restart the app.
- Restart your Phone.
- Reinstall the Vector Remote Athlete app from the Apple or Google Play Store.
- Ensure the latest Firmware is on the Vector Device. The Firmware version should be above 6.15. If you are unsure of your Firmware version, please contact support for assistance.
- If you have exhausted all of these steps, please contact support.
