Issue: Device Physically Damaged
Physical damage faults include (but not limited to):
- Cracked or split device housing
- Swollen device (tight fit into case/dock slot)
- No click or feedback/response from the device's button
- Missing/cracked button
- LED's not illuminating
- Loose inner component, can be heard from a light shake of device
- Water damage causing unresponsiveness
Servicing/Replacing a Device
- Contact Support providing details of:
- Device type (S5, X4, B5, R4, T6, EVO, TRX)
- Device ID
- Club/team (for encryption purposes)
- Best return contact, address and phone number
- Your initial diagnosis, what you are seeing the issue as. Images/videos are very helpful
- What, if anything, has caused the damage
- Device type (S5, X4, B5, R4, T6, EVO, TRX)
- Support staff will reply with the next steps of either troubleshooting or details of replacement/service and associated costs (if applicable)
