Vector Dock LED Behaviour (T7)

Where are the LEDs on the Vector Dock?

There are 3 LEDs located on the left of the Power/Ignition Button on the Vector Dock.

What does each LED on the Vector Dock mean?

WiFi Status LED

Indicates the WiFi status when the Dock is connected to the WiFi network.

  • Solid Amber = Dock is connected to a WiFi network
  • Flashing Amber = Dock is searching for a WiFi network
  • Solid Red = Dock has encountered an error when attempting to connect to a WiFi network
  • Off = Dock is not connected to a WiFi network

USB/Data Transfer Status LED

Indicates when the Dock is connected to the PC via USB, and when Data is being transferred between the Dock and the tags.

  • Solid Green = Dock is connected to a PC via USB
  • Flashing Green = Dock is transferring information to/from the tags
  • Off = Dock is not connected to the PC

Battery Status LED

Indicates the battery status when the Dock is powered on via the Power/Ignition Button and is running on battery, or is plugged into a power source.

Dock is powered on and not charging:

  • Solid Green = Dock Battery level > 30%
  • Solid Red = Dock Battery level < 30%
  • Flashing Red = Dock Battery level < 10%

Dock is plugged into a power source and in a charging state:

  • Solid Green = Dock is fully charged
  • Solid Red = Dock is charging
