Why do I need to Charge the Vector Dock?
The Vector Dock is powered by the on board battery when it is not connected to an external Power Source. This allows for easy pitch-side ignition and USB downloading without having to connect the Vector Dock to an external power source.
How to Charge the Vector S7/G7 Dock?
The Vector Dock is charged using an external Power Adapter that connects the Dock to a main power source. The Power Adapter is provided with the Vector Kit.

Connect the Power Adapter into the Power Input at the top right of the Vector Dock.

Plug the Power Adapter into a Power Source.

While charging the Dock Battery status LED will illuminate Solid red to indicate charging and Solid green to indicate a fully charged state.

When the Dock Power state displays "On" or "Standby" while connected to a power source, the Dock Battery status LED will illuminate Solid red to indicate charging and Solid green to indicate a fully charged state.
When the Dock Power state displays "Off" and connected to a power source, the dock will charge itself, however, the LEDs on the dock will not reflect this.
What is the expected battery life of the Vector Dock?
From a full charge and with all 24 devices connected to the Vector Dock, the Vector Dock battery will last for 90 minutes.
How long does it take to charge the Vector Dock?
The Vector Dock takes approximately 90-120 minutes to fully charge from a fully depleted state, when charged via the Power Adapter.
