Issue
Each athlete holds a record of each team the athlete has been assigned to and for which dates in the Team History. If an athlete is missing from a Team in the OpenField console it may be that they weren't assigned to that team for the date of the Activity. This issue can be resolved by changing the dates an athlete was assigned to a specific team.
How to change the Team History of an Athlete?

Navigate to the OpenField cloud and click Settings.

Click Athletes from the left hand Settings menu.

Click the Edit button that corresponds with the specific athlete.

Click Edit Team History from the top row of the Edit menu.

If you want to add a new Team History record, navigate to Add Entry and enter in a start date, end date then select a Team from the drop down menu. Once done, click Add Entry.

If you want to change a current Team History record, click Edit at the end of the row you want to change. Change the start date, end date and/or team you want the athlete associated with. Once done, click Edit Entry.

If you want to delete a current Team History record, click Delete at the end of the row you want to delete.

Once all changes have been made, complete a Full Sync from the Console. This will pull the changes made in the cloud onto the Console.
