Dual Stream Activities

What is a dual stream activity?

The OpenField Editor now has the functionality to toggle between GPS and LPS traces, drawing LPS or GPS periods, or changing the period type.

How to toggle between LPS and GPS

1. Load a dual stream activity
2. Select the athlete/s you want to view and click + or drag into the trace area.
3. Select either GPS or LPS next to parameter box
4. The selected stream will be displayed on screen

Drawing LPS or GPS periods

1. Use the chevron next the '+Period' box to select either GPS or LPS as your stream type
2. Then click the 'Draw Period' icon and draw your period on the graph
3. The drawn period will also appear in the Timeline view as well

Changing the stream type of periods

Timeline View:

1. Select a period
2. The stream type box will appear next to the 'Rename Period' and 'Delete Period' icon
3. Select the opposing data stream type and the period will change to the selected data stream type. You can select multiple periods of the same stream type to change them collectively

NOTE: You must select periods of same data stream type in order to change them. If you select both an LPS and GPS period, the option to change the data stream type will not be available

List View:

1. Within the 'Data Stream' column, click the stream type box
2. A drop down box will appear to select LPS or GPS as the stream type
3. The selected stream type will then be reflected in the graph and the 'Timeline' view
