The 'Storage Location Warning' is shown in the bottom right-hand corner when opening the OpenField Console.
The 'Storage Location Warning' will let you know that a storage location that was previously added, is not currently plugged in or is not functioning correctly. A storage location is typically added to the Console to move data assets and create more space. Please see the following guides for more information on data paths and moving data assets:
As these added external data paths house the data for previous activities, if you are not looking to open historical activities, these warnings can largely be ignored.
If you do open an activity that has data stored on an external data path and the external data path is not connected, you will receive an error like the picture below. To resolve this error, attach the external data path to the PC and close, and reopen the activity.
