Where are the LEDs on the Vector Device?
What does each LED indicator on my Vector Device mean?
The LEDs are colour coded and represent different statuses depending on the Vector Devices being in a recording mode or inserted into the Vector Dock.
Device in Recording Mode
Battery LED
Indicates the battery level of the device

Solid White = Power on and > 30% battery remaining

Solid Red = Power on and < 30% battery remaining (approx. 2 hours of battery life remaining)

Flashing Red = Battery Critically Low and < 10% battery remaining (approx. 40 minutes of battery remaining)

Ultra-wideband Wireless LED
Indicates an active connection has been established to a Vector Receiver/ClearSky system

Solid Amber = Indicates an active connection has been established to a Vector Receiver/ClearSky System

Flashing Amber = Device is searching for a Vector Receiver to join

Device Docked
Battery LED

When a Vector Device is connected to the Vector Dock which is ON or in STANDBY and is connected to a power source, the Battery LED will illuminate Solid Red when charging and will turn Solid Green when the Device is fully charged.

When the Vector Device is plugged into the Vector Dock that is NOT connected to a power source (irrespective of the Dock being On or in Standby), the TOP LED will NOT be illuminated, indicating the device is not charging.

Ultra-wideband Wireless LED

- When the Vector Device is inserted into the Vector Dock (that is powered ON), the UWB LED will illuminate Solid White. This indicates the Device has connected successfully with the Dock and is in ignition mode.
- The Vector Device does not connect with the Dock that is in STANDBY or OFF, therefore the BOTTOM LED will NOT be illuminated.
