How to Generate a CTR (.csv) from the OpenField Console

What is a CTR?

A CTR (Configurable Team Report) is a spreadsheet file that is readable by Excel and can be loaded into other programs.

How to generate a CTR from the OpenField Console Activity Timeline

1. Navigate to the OpenField Console, open up the activity by clicking on the name of the activity from the Activity Menu. This will bring up the Activity Timeline for that activity.

   

2. Right click on the orange Activity Timeline and select Export CTR.

   

3. The CTR will automatically pop up upon completion.

   

How to generate a CSV from the OpenField Console Widget

1. Navigate to the OpenField Console, open up the activity by clicking on the name of the activity from the Activity Menu. This will bring up the Activity Timeline for that activity as well as the Console Widgets in the bottom section of the Console. 

   

2. Select which data you would like to display in the widget by clicking a single Period Timeline or the Activity Timeline.

3. Click on the Group that you want to view data for. A selected group will have a black border.
   
   

4. Once you have selected the Timeline and athletes you want to view, click on the Settings button within the Widget. 

   

5. In the Settings menu, from the Basics tab, click CSV and save file as desired. 

   

6. The CSV will generate in a new Excel window.
   Note: The CSV will only contain data from the parameters selected in the Console Widget.
