How to Bulk Export CTRs for Multiple Activities

The Bulk CTR Export feature allows users to easily export CTRs across multiple activities. 

How to bulk export CTRs for multiple activities

1. Navigate to the OpenField Cloud and click Settings. 
   
   
   
   

2. Click Activity Admin from the left hand menu.
   
   
   
   

3. In the search bar, search for any activity name or sort by any of the Column headers. 

4. Click the checkbox beside any activities you want to export a CTR for.
   
   
   
   

5. Click the drop-down arrow and select Bulk Export CTR.
   
   

6. Select the parameter group and the athletes from the Parameter Group and Athlete drop-down menus. 

7. Click Append Tags to include any tags in the last columns of the exported CTR.

8. Type in values for Fill Blank Fields with, Decimals in Export, and Exclude tagged Periods if necessary.

9. In the Email List box, type in the emails you want to send the CTR exports to. If sending to multiple emails, separate the emails by a comma or by a new line.

10. Click Export Bulk CTR.
