Catapult Support Configuration
Prior to your scheduled fixture at the La Defense Arena, a member of Catapult will contact the user to schedule a TeamViewer session to configure the user's PC. Please note this guide is specific to users with existing 6.5 GHz units.
User Configuration
- Connect the OpenField Console PC to the Ethernet in the away bunker at the La Defense Arena.
- Open the OpenField Console > Stadium Mode > Start Stadium Mode [The Stadium Mode IP will be pre configured to 10.24.0.20 ].
- Ensure there is intermittent orange 'seaweed' in the OpenField Console.
- Start a live activity and select 'Device Type' as 'LPS' and 'La Defense Arena' as the venue.
- Turn on the devices. The UWB LED will illuminate solid yellow, to ensure an active connection between the device and master anchor. Athletes will now appear as 'Active Players' in the OpenField Console.
Troubleshooting
If the user is unable to get 'Active Players' in the OpenField Console, please check the below troubleshooting measures:
Ethernet IP Address
Start Menu > Control Panel > Network and Sharing Centre / Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Centre > Changing Adapter Settings. The Ethernet connection will normally identify as an unidentified network, to identify the 'La Defense' Ethernet, remove and re-add the Ethernet cable. Right click on the Ethernet > Properties > Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Select "Obtain an IP Address Automatically" > Ok.
Stadium Mode
Ensure the Stadium Mode IP address is configured to 10.24.0.20. OpenField > Stadium Mode > Setup Stadium Mode > Enter "10.24.0.20" as the IP address > Save.
Device Type and Venue
When starting a 'Live Activity' ensure:
Device Type = LPS (ClearSky)
Venue = La Defense Arena
Catapult Support
Please allow appropriate time prior to kick off to test the system configuration. Catapult support staff will be on call to assist with any issues but will require sufficient time and access to devices.
