Issue

We may ask you to send us some files so we can investigate your issue further, e.g. Raw Files. Sometimes these files will be too large to attach in an email so you can send us these files using WeTransfer.

How to send files over WeTransfer

1. Use the following URL to access WeTransfer: https://wetransfer.com/ 
2. Click the blue + button and add the desired files or folders. You can drag and drop folders over from your documents too.
3. Click the 3 dots at the bottom of the white box.
4. Select Get Transfer Link and then click the blue Get a Link button.
5. Once the files have uploaded, click Copy Link.
6. Paste this link to us in the email thread and we will be able to access your files.
