How to Contact Support via the OpenField Cloud
Submitting a Help Request will allow Catapult Support temporary access to your Cloud account to view your widgets, settings etc. to assist with troubleshooting reported issues.
- Log in to the OpenField Cloud
- Select 'Request Help' in the top right corner of the OpenField Cloud User Interface.
- In the Help Request Form, select your region ('Asia Pacific', 'North America', 'Latin America' or 'Europe, Middle East and Africa')
- Fill out your Name, Email (Phone if desired, else leave a '-'), Initial Diagnosis, and descriptively describe your issue
- Click 'Submit Request'
- A Catapult Support Representative will be in contact with you via the email you entered in step 4, as soon as possible.
