How Do I Sign In to the Help Centre and Access Restricted Articles?

Some Help Centre articles require you to be signed in to view them. These articles are clearly labelled Restricted Access – Sign in.

Create a sign-in

1. Click the title of an article labelled Restricted Access – Sign in. This opens the sign-in page.
   
2. Select Sign up to create an account.
   
3. Enter your name and email address, then click Sign up.

4. Check your inbox for the welcome email and follow the instructions to set your password.

5. After setting your password, select Back to sign in and log in.

6. Once signed in, click the title of any Restricted Access article to view it.
