Data Injection from Activity Admin

How to Import Data into a New Activity

1. Navigate to the OpenField Cloud > Settings > Activity Admin.

2. Click the Activity + button.

3. Enter in an activity name, date of activity and the teams associated with the activity. 

   

4. To add periods, click on the Unnamed period or select Add Period +. 

   

5. From the selected period, adjust the period name, start time, and duration. 

6. Click Add all to add all athlete to the period or add individual athletes by typing in their name into the Athletes box.

7. Select the default parameter group. 

8. Click Save and Export. 

How to Import Data into an Existing Activity 

1. Navigate to the OpenField Cloud > Settings > Activity Admin.

2. Click the checkbox beside an activity to select it. 

3. From the actions menu, click Data Injection > Export Data Injection Template.

4. Fill out the CSV with the injected values

5. Navigate to the OpenField Cloud > Settings > Activity Admin.

6. Click the checkbox beside the same activity from step 2 to select it. 

7. From the actions menu, click Data Injection > Import CSV.

How to Remove Injected Data

1. Navigate to the OpenField Cloud > Settings > Activity Admin.

2. Click the checkbox beside an activity or multiple activities to select it. 

3. From the actions menu, click Data Injection > Remove injected data.
