Two-factor Authentication for the Cloud

How to Disable Two-factor Authentication 

If you do not wish to receive an SMS code in order to log into the Cloud you can disable two-factor authentication. To do this please follow the steps below: 

1. Login to the OpenField Cloud.
   
   
2. Hit Settings in the top left corner of the Cloud Interface.
   
   
3. Select My Account.
   
   
4. Under Two-factor Authentication click Disable as shown in the image below: 
   
   
5. Re-enter your password to confirm the changes.
   
   
6. Click Update.

How to Change the Frequency at which Two-factor Authentication is Required

If you would prefer not to disable two-factor authentication, but you do not want to have to enter an SMS code every time you log into the Cloud, you can change the frequency at which an SMS code is required. In order to do this, please follow the steps below: 

1. Login to the OpenField Cloud.
   
   
2. Hit Settings in the top left corner of the Cloud Interface.
   
   
3. Select My Account.
   
   
4. Under Two-factor Authentication select the frequency at which you would like to receive an SMS code from the options below:
   
   
   
5. Click Update.
