As a new user accessing the system for the first time you will be met with a sport specific matchday benchmark to compare your training data to as part of the multi-mechanical model. This will be replaced with your own data once you tag your first match. For more information on the model please see this article.

Benchmark values are based on real data from Catapult clients and as an example, in football 250 games worth of data including only athletes who had completed 90 minutes were used to establish a baseline for a team average across both English and Scottish Premier League Teams. The median values for all parameters used were calculated:
