Generating a Share Link

Why Share a Link?

• Responsive Design: Reports automatically adjust to your screen size - no more zooming into a PDF on your mobile device.
• Enhanced Security: Shared links expire after 1 week, ensuring temporary access. In contrast, a downloaded PDF remains on the recipient’s device indefinitely.

How to Generate a Link

1. Navigate to the Reporting Page: Open the Cloud Reporting page and locate the Activities menu on the left-hand side.
2. Select an Activity: Click on the name of the desired activity. 
   Note: This action will display the Activity Report for that activity.
3. Click the Export Button: Find the Export button on the right-hand side of the screen and click it.
4. Copy the Link: Select Copy Link from the options provided.
5. Share the Link: The link is now copied to your clipboard. Paste it (Ctrl + V) wherever needed.
