The Activity report is designed to help you assess the load and structure of a session across your team and individual athletes. It allows you to compare against historical match or training benchmarks to understand whether your athletes are being appropriately prepared.
- Summary: Review the average team load relative to a game or similar training day to determine if the activity prepared your athletes for match demands or if it exceeded typical volume or intensity.
- Periods: Understand how load is distributed across different periods within the session to inform planning and ensure an even or targeted workload.
- Athletes: See how each athlete's load compares to their own baseline to identify over- or under-exposure within the session.
- Tag activities with the correct Day Code
- Use Participation Tags to exclude injured or partial athletes from team averages
Missing these steps can result in inflated volume and intensity outputs. Click here for more information.
