How to create a New Period in OpenField + (iPad)

1. Create a New Period in the app by pressing the + Period button in the top left corner. 
   
   

How to Add Athletes to a Period

1. To add players to the Period, ensure the Period is selected by tapping the Period in the Activity Timeline View. A selected Period will highlight orange.
2. Tap the 'Select Player Menu' on the right hand side to view Athletes to add to the Period.
   
   
3. Tap the Athletes you want to add to the Period by tapping their number, first name or last name under the Active Players or any of the group boxes. Select ALL or NONE if you wish all or none of the athletes to be added to the Period.
4. Tap Apply.

How to Stop a Period

1. From the main user interface on the iPad app, tap on the Period from the Activity Timeline that you want to stop. A selected Period will be highlight orange. 

2. Press the Stop button in the top left corner of the screen. 

   
   

3. To stop all live Periods, tap the Activity from the Activity timeline. A selected Activity will highlight orange. Tap Stop All in the top right corner of the screen. 

How to Edit or Delete a Period

1. From the main user interface on the iPad app, change the Activity timeline interface to the listed view by tapping the Activity Timeline Menu Icon in the top right corner of the screen. 
   
   
2. Tap the Period you want to edit and drag left until the Edit and Delete buttons appear. 
3. Tap 'Edit' to change the name of or the start and end time of the Period.
4. Tap 'Delete' to delete the Period.
