Prepare Your Laptop
Before your Technical setup meeting, make sure your laptop is ready to run the local OpenField console software.
Check your system specifications
Confirm that your laptop meets the minimum hardware and software requirements.-
Adjust your network and firewall settings
Ensure your firewall and network configurations allow OpenField programs to connect.If your laptop is managed by your IT department, contact them to confirm that OpenField traffic is permitted.

Allow TeamViewer access
Support will connect to your laptop via TeamViewer during setup.Remove any IT restrictions that could block installation.
Make sure TeamViewer access is enabled for the Support team.
