When does processing take place?
Cloud processing status shows the current processing status of all activities in the web. Processing of activities will happen during 2 phases:
- Initial upload of data from a Vector 8 dock.
- Following the completion of any edits made to the activity using the Editor.
How does it work?
At any stage you can click on the processing status tag to view a status of all your activities processed in the last 48 hours. The tags have the following statuses:
- Processing history (Grey Tag): This will show on all pages in OpenField if all data received by the Cloud has finished processing and activities are ready to report on.
- Processing (Orange): The Cloud is actively processing data. The activity is not yet finalized. Any edits made in the web editor will re-trigger this processing status.
- Last Processed (Green): All data received by the cloud has been processed for the individual activity in the Activity processing history screen.
- Processing Errors (Red):
- Athletes with missing raw files (x): Triggered when live data is synced before all raw data has been uploaded to the cloud. You can click the dropdown on the right to view athletes who's raw data is yet to be uploaded.
- No Athletes in Periods: Triggered when an activity has no athletes assigned to any periods within an activity. To fix, head to the Editor and PIP an athlete into any period.
- Processing error: If you see a general processing error please reach out to support including the details of the error shown.
