Device Configuration & Mapping
In order for any athlete to upload an activity using Athlete, their S7 or X7 device must be configured correctly. Please see below for more details on device configuration:
Device Settings
- Bluetooth ENABLED
- GPS ENABLED

Mapping Devices to Correct Athletes Using Console

Important: The device must be mapped using the administrator's OpenField account, ensuring that the device assigned to the athlete for remote uploads is accurately mapped to that athlete. If the device mapping does not match the athlete in the Athlete app, uploads will not be correctly sent to the intended athlete in the Cloud.
