Catapult Remote Connection

Hey I just  got my "CATAPULT BOLT REMOTE | BLUETOOTH" and I'm having trouble connection to my computer. I'm trying to find the object/remote to pop-up on the Bluetooth connection  devices but it's not popping up. Anyone know of a solution?
