How to use Vision on Monterey OS

I just bought a new MacBook Air and it has the Monterey OS. Every time I open the Vision program, it crashes on me and says I have to "upgrade" to Catalina or Big Sur but Monterey is considered an upgrade. 

I can't downgrade Monterey so what are my options to get Vision to work and not crash every time I try to run it ?
