Has anyone had any issues where the pod would not pair with any user account. I got the Catapult Vest and Pod for my daughter for Christmas. As soon as we took it out of the box, we were able to pair the pod under a user account for iCloud, however, I quickly realized that was not the account I wanted to pair the pod to. So, I logged in under that other email address to register and the pod will no longer pair. The message does tell me that the pod is found, but paired with a different account. The only problem now is that I can't log back into the app with the iCloud account. The app tells me that the Social Media Login has failed. Support at this point has NOT BEEN HELPFUL at all. Anyone have any ideas.
