We've had several Thunder Sync issues from customers using the Sync-U-Later feature while connected over a VPN connection.
If you are using a VPN connection, it is our recommendation to do 1 of the following setups.
1. Turn Off the Sync-U-Later schedules on your coaches' laptops.
- Open the Sync-U-Later utility and click STOP SCHEDULE.
2. Disconnect from the VPN nightly
- This ensures you are not connected to the network, therefore you cannot sync with the server.
