For our XOS Support Team, we have been utilizing Video Conferencing meetings via ZOOM. We understand you do not get the same video playback performance. This shows how coaches can telestrate within ThunderCloud. Some users find the Audio Notes really helpful to provide instruction.

For Video Conferencing, using Thunder in travel mode or the Windows Universal App with the Microsoft Teams Video Conferencing provides the best video playback experience.
Please communicate with your IT departments to see if you already pay for this software or can trial this solution.
