Any chance of the ppt presentations being shared?

    Hi Antony,

Thanks for reaching out.  Unfortunately, we will not be sharing any of the PPT's from the series.  I would suggest reaching out to the presenter for more information via Twitter to see if they would be happy to share direct with yourself.

How do you quantitatively estimate soreness and fatigability?

    Hi Vasileios,

A large number of clubs will use a short wellness questionnaire at the beginning of each day.  This will usually include a number of questions including soreness and fatigue/sleep quality.  Although there is no set way of calculating this most team will use a 10 point scale with 10 being perfect and 1 being terrible.  Unfortunately, I'm not sure of the exact method which John or Tom uses currently but I'd highly recommend checking out page 37 of Dr Robin Thorpe's thesis available at http://researchonline.ljmu.ac.uk/id/eprint/4517/2/158299_THORPE%202015%20PHD%20THESIS%20FINAL%20MANUSCRIPT.pdf for a review in this area.

    Hope you enjoy
