How important are the Win OS Settings for Thunder

I'm going to be setting up Thunder Client on a bunch of PCs, I want to know how critical the Win OS Settings settings listed here are for the app:

Changing some of these can actually have a pretty big negative impact on the security of the device, such as turning UAC to never notify.

Turning off Windows write-cache buffer flushing can also lead to possible data loss, for a very minimal performance gain.

Will the app work without these settings? What is the impact of not changing these on the apps performance?
