If you have received an unmapped device from your team or need to swap devices while away from a team facility you will need to remap using the Catapult Athlete App before uploading any activities.
How to remap a device in the app
- Navigate to the Settings page at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm the device you are trying to map is turned on and select the Remap button on the right side of the screen.
- Follow instruction found on the screen and select the device ID that matches what's shown on the back of yours.
- Wait until your device turns on and back off (you will feel it vibrate), and then confirm the new device is showing in Settings under Serial No.
