Issue
After connecting your Catapult One Pods and signing into the Sync Tool, a message appears stating the pods are registered to another account
Troubleshooting
This issue is caused when the account logged into on the Sync Tool, is different to the account the Catapult One pods are registered to.
- If more than one user operates the computer, make sure that the Sync Tool is logged in to the correct account - this will be the same login as the one you use to access the Catapult One Cloud dashboard.
- If you have recently purchased the pods or have received the pod from outside of Catapult (i.e. from another club), they will need to be registered to your account. This must be done by the Support team. Please Contact Support with the address you would like the pods to be associated with, as well as the pod serial numbers.
