Unable to pair your pod to your phone/Catapult One app as a Bluetooth pin/password is requested.
Cause of being unable to pair Catapult One Pod due to Bluetooth PIN
This issue is usually caused when trying to pair with your Catapult One Pod outside of the Catapult One app via your phone settings.
Resolution or Troubleshooting Steps
- Ensure your pod is either placed on the charging dock or next to the your phone.
- Ensure that all Bluetooth and location settings are enabled for the Catapult One app.
- Login to the Catapult One app.
- Select the Devices icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Pair Device.
- Once paired, you will get the message Device Paired.
