As we start the new year, we wanted to share some valuable updates to your help centre experience. These were created to streamline your experience so you can find answers easier and faster.

Here is an overview of the improvements:

Home Page

• Consolidated experience that features all products instead of opening a separate page for each product
• Fully optimized search functionality 
• Improved navigation that allows you to quickly jump to a specific section of an article
• Announcement section has been added where important updates will be highlighted

Article Section

• Improved formatting including easy to spot links and eye catching, color coded areas with important notes
• GIFs: used instead of screenshots to visually explain textual instructions
• Videos: audio is now supported with subtitles
• Detailed article feedback: allows you to let us know how we can improve your guides 
• Contact Support: now included at the end of each article
