Resetting a Password
To reset an existing user's password:
- Log in as an Administrator to Cloud Licensing https://sbgsoftware.com/login.
- Navigate to Admin All Users and find the relevant user.
- Click Request Password Reset.
This will generate the following message:
- Click OK to confirm the reset.
