Activating Your Account

You will receive an email with a link to the SBGSportsSoftware.com website.  You have 24 hours to activate your account using the temporary password provided.

Step by Step instructions on activating your account and creating additional users.

Installing Focus On a Mac

1. Log in and download the latest installers from the home screen at https://sbgsoftware.com/login.
2. Choose and download the dmg files for Focus and Focus Server to install on a Mac.
3. Proceed with the installations: 
   
   • If you're reinstalling Focus Server, start here. 
   • If you are only installing Focus Client on a machine, start here.

Installing Focus Server

1. Open the dmg file.
   
   
   
   
2. Then open the FocusServerInstaller.pkg. 
   
3. Choose Continue through the first couple of windows. 
   
   
   
   
4. Then Agree to license agreement and choose Install and enter your credentials if prompted. 
   

Installing Focus Client

You can skip installing the Server if the machine is only going to be a client machine, but if the machine is going to have both Server and Client, then it is recommended to install Client last.

1. To install client, open the dmg file, and run the the FocusInstaller.pkg.
   
2. Choose Continue through the first couple of windows. 
   
   
   
   
3. Agree to the license agreement, and choose Install. Enter your credentials if prompted.
   
   

Installing Focus On Windows

1. Log in and download the latest installers from the home screen at https://sbgsoftware.com/login.
2. Choose and download the exe files Focus and Focus Server to install on a Windows machine.
3. Proceed with the installations: 
   • If you're reinstalling Focus Server, start here. 
   • If you are only installing Focus Client on a machine, start here.

Installing Focus Server

1. To install the server, double click on the Focus Server installer. 
   
   
   
   
2. Choose More info and Run anyway, then select Yes to agree to the application making changes to your device.
   
   
   
   
3. Choose Next, then accept the agreement, and choose Next through the windows that follow. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Choose Finish when it is complete. 
   
   

Installing Focus Client

1. You can skip installing the Server if the machine is only going to be a client machine, but if the machine is going to have both Server and Client, then it is recommended to install Client last.
