Add Tags to a Presentation
There are four ways to add Tags to a Presentation from the Timeline.
1. Using the default hotkey CMD/CTRL + P.
2.Right-click, Add selected to current Presentation.
3. Using the Tag Preview pop-up - Add to Presentation button.
4. Use the Tag Properties panel - Add selected to Current Presentation.
Open Presentations
When inside a Session, use the Default hotkey Option/Alt + P to open the Presentation window.
Or, go to Views Presentations.
You can also open Presentations from the Focus Home Menu.
Open saved Presentations by clicking Open Open Presentation.
You will see a list of your previously saved Presentations.

Presentation Content Display Name
To adjust the default Presentation video display name:
Go to Settings Presentations Edit.
Select which Tag details you would like to display in the Presentation Clip name.
Click OK. Any Tags added to your Presentation will be named according to the format you set.
Rename Presentation content by double-clicking on the text.
Add external Videos/Images to a Presentation
Drag and drop video/image files from your File System.
Or, use the Add Image/Video buttons at the bottom of the clip list.
Organize Presentations into Folders
1. Click Add Folder at the bottom of the clip list.
2. Drag and drop clips into your folder.
Add Notes to Presentation Clips
Use the default hotkey CMD/CTRL + N when a clip is selected, type in your note and press Enter.
Or, add your note in the clip dropdown.
Show/hide the notes in a video overlay, using the Show Notes Toggle.
You can hide the notes overlay on individual clips if needed.
Show/hide notes in the clip list.
Copy and Paste Content
Copy selected clips to clipboard and paste them in new locations (e.g. a new Presentation).
Duplicate selected clips via this icon.
Trimming Clips
Turn on the Trim Toggle underneath the clip timeline. Click and drag the handlebars to extend/trim the pre and post-roll.
Or, use the default hotkeys:
Option/Alt + S - Increase clip pre-roll by 1 second
Option/Alt + Shift + S - Decrease clip pre-roll by 1 second
Option/Alt + E - Increase tag post roll by 1 second
Option/Alt + Shift + E - Decrease tag post roll by 1 second
Shift + I - Trim pre-roll to timeline playhead
Shift + O - Trim post-roll to timeline playhead
Flag Clips
Click the Flag icon to Flag key clips.
Change Content Colour
Change the colour of selected content using the colour picker.
Change Clip Angle
With the Toolbar Toggle ON, use the Channel Selector to change the video angle of the clip.
Save Presentations
Use the hotkey CMD/CTRL + S to save your Presentation.
Or, click Saving Options Save or Save As to save as a new presentation.
Presentation Looping
Set the playback loop of your video by clicking the Settings Icon and selecting one of the options.
Off - Selected clip will play through and then jump back to the start of the clip.
Clip - Selected clip will play through and continue to play in a loop.
Presentation - The Presentation will play through, in order, and will restart from the beginning once it reaches the end.
Presentation and stop - The Presentation will play through, in order, and stop at the end.
Present Mode
Click Present All to enter Full Screen/Present Mode.
Click Present Flagged to only Present Flagged clips. See Flag for how to Flag clips.
Use the default Hotkey CMD+ Option + S (Mac)/CTRL + Alt + S (Windows) to show/hide the clip side bar in Present Mode.
Click anywhere on the screen to show/hide the timeline. Or, hover the mouse in the timeline location to show the timeline, move the mouse away to hide the timeline.
Use the freehand drawing tool to annotate whilst the video is paused.
Playback Loop setting can be set independent of what is set in Edit mode.
Working with Multiple Presentations
You can open more than one presentation at a time, working simultaneously, copying and pasting clips between them.
To open another presentation use the New button to open a new/empty presentation. Or use the Open button to choose from one of your saved presentations.
Use the copy and paste function to move clips between presentations.
The star icon in the top right of the screen represents which Presentation will receive clips added from the timeline.
Upload Presentation to the Hub
To upload your presentation to the Hub, go to Export Upload Presentation to the Hub.

Exporting Presentations
To Export video from your Presentation go to, Export Export Video.
You will be presented with a dialogue to choose your export setup.
Select your export location using the Browse button.
Choose Multiple Files with Playlist to export each clip as individual videos.
Selecting Mirror Folder Layout will replicate the Presentation's folder structure in your filesystem. See Organize Presentations into Folders for more steps.
Choose Single File to export clips, together, as a single video.
Select which clips to include in your export; All, Selected or Flagged.
Choose whether your clips are exported with your Names/Notes and Annotations overlaid.
If required, adjust the Video Resolution, Frame Rate and Quality.
Click Export.
Export Presentation as a Package
To Export your Presentation in a file format that includes video and can be opened in Focus; go to Export Export Presentation Package.
You will be presented with a dialogue to choose the export location and whether all video channels are included in the Package.
Leave Only export selected channels unticked, if you want to include all clip angles/channels in your Presentation Package.
Click Export.
Presentation Packages can be distributed to others and opened in Focus or MatchTracker. Double click the Presentation Package to open (Mac). Or, go to Open Open Presentation Package (Windows).
