Hub allows you to share Sessions, Collections, Presentations and Clips to other users of your organization. In order to share that content, you must be connected to the Hub.
Connecting to the Hub
- Make sure that your account has been activated and that Hub has been installed on your device.
- Opening Hub should auto-sign you in, but if not, enter your SBG software credentials to sign in.
- Confirm that you are connected to the Hub by opening Focus and checking the Hub login status at the bottom of the application.
- If you do not see the "Hub user logged in" message, try closing and reopening the Hub application.
Once connected to the Hub, you can now view/manage all of the shared content and upload content to the Hub.
