Downloading the PLAYR SmartCoach App
The PLAYR app can be downloaded for free on iPhone and Android devices with at least IOS 9.0 and Android (Lollipop) 5.0 in the App Store and Google lay respectively.
Pairing the SmartPod to your phone
Once you've downloaded the PLAYR app, registered and turned on Bluetooth, it's time to pair the SmartPod with your account.
Head over to the SmartPod Section of our app (the fourth icon) and while holding the SmartPod next to your device, press the 'PAIR SMARTPOD' button to sync, for more information please see this Video Tutorial: how to Pair SmartPod
Syncing up after a session
Having removed the SmartPod from your SmartVest after a session, open the App and hold the SmartPod next to your phone.
Select the SmartPod section (fourth icon) and you will have a notification saying: 'NEW SESSION FOUND'.
Press the 'SYNC SESSION' button and within moments the numbers that matter the most from your training will be right at your fingers tips.
We recommend you sync your session at the earliest available opportunity in order to get the most applicable sports science advice to improve your preparation, performance and recovery.

Choosing your Position
You will have the opportunity to choose your position, from Full Back to Attacking midfielder from the 4-5-1 formation provided.
We've included the most common positions in a modern formation. Don't worry though, we haven't forgotten about our registas or liberos and are working on offering more alternatives.
Unpairing your SmartPod
If you ever need to unpair your SmartPod, if you are changing phones, for example, head over to the setting section of the PLAYR app and you will find the option there: How to unpair PLAYR Pod
