Cause of being unable to pair PLAYR pod due to Bluetooth PIN
This issue is usually caused when trying to pair with your PLAYR pod outside of the PLAYR app via your phone settings. If you try pair with the PLAYR pod using
Resolution or Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ensure your pod is either placed on the charging dock or next to the your phone.
- Ensure that all Bluetooth and location settings are enabled for the PLAYR app.
- Login to the PLAYR App.
- Select the pod icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select 'Pair SmartPod'.
- Once paired, you will get the message 'SmartPod Paired'.
