The PUSH system has over 400 exercises to choose from, more than 200 of which allow real-time feedback and are being continuously added to (for a full list of current real-time feedback supported exercises please click the below 'Real-Time Exercises List' help article button).
Our 'Big 6' popular exercises are fully customizable and located in the middle of the Train Mode screen. You can press and hold any of these boxes to change the exercise. To select any of these exercises, simply click on their respective box. This will then take you to the input calculator to select the load you wish to use for your next set.
If you would like to select an exercise other than these six, click the 'More Exercises' button located directly underneath the boxes to access our full list of exercises (below red arrow in the below image):
In the 'More Exercises' screen (see image below) you can scroll through the list of available exercises and select your choice by clicking on it. Additionally, you can search for exercises in the top search bar, filter the exercises by movement, equipment, and goal, and highlight your favourite exercises using the star icon allowing for quick searching the next time you would like to find them.
Once your exercise is selected, it will take you directly to the load input calculator. You can also enter your 1RM, set a velocity range, and set a velocity loss cut-off.
You're ready to start! Once the desired load has been entered, click your PUSH Band power button or tap 'Ready' on the display screen to begin your set.
