What is the timer that is counting during my workout?
The timer that you see is counting the duration of your rest between sets and new exercises, as well as your total session time.
Will PUSH post to my Facebook page if I link to it?
Linking PUSH to your Facebook Page will not allow PUSH to post anything without your permission.
Why aren’t my workouts showing up on my timeline?
First, ensure that your PUSH VBT Mobile App has been updated to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play Store. Secondly, ensure that your Routine has been scheduled and assigned to the correct Athlete. Finally, ensure that the Athlete profile you are currently in is the same one that the Routine has been scheduled for.
What is Real-Time and Real-Time Beeping?
When a training focus has been assigned and a repetition is completed, the app will play a sound reacting to the velocity of your rep. The beeping alerts are related to the specific velocity range an athlete is supposed to perform each rep within.
As a safety measure, there is a caution sound if PUSH detects that your rep is below the assigned velocity range.
To indicate you are within or above the velocity range you will be alerted with a bell sound.
What happens when I sync exercise data?
Syncing exercise data uploads any newly completed workout's data in your Timeline to your online Portal and downloads any newly scheduled workouts from the Online Portal.
What is 'Tap to Start'?
How do I adjust (Increase or Decrease) the Load/Weight of the same exercise?
1. Once you have completed your set and clicked the PUSH Band button (or 'End Set' in the app) to end it, you will arrive at the “Post-Set” screen, which will allow you to view analytics from your previous set.
2. DON’T CLICK YOUR PUSH BAND BUTTON! Doing this will begin your next set without adjusting the load!
3. Press the 'Next Set' button displayed on the PUSH App display.
4. Adjust load accordingly.
5.Press 'Ready' or click the PUSH Band to start new set at your recently adjusted load.
Where is the PUSH band made?
PUSH is proudly designed and made in Canada.
What operating system does the PUSH band use?
PUSH supports Android and iOS.
Any iOS device that supports iOS 12 or higher is compatible with the PUSH App. We do not support iPod 5.
Most new devices by flagship manufacturers such as Samsung, LG, Google, and Motorola are compatible. Please confirm that the PUSH App is available on your device using this link: PUSH App on Google Play
Android OS Support: 7.0 Nougat or higher
Minimum Bluetooth Requirements: Bluetooth 4.2 and higher, Bluetooth 5.0 is preferred.
Can I wear more than one PUSH band?
Only one PUSH Band can be connected to one iOS device at a time.
We at PUSH have focused our efforts on minimising the steps needed for our Users to track and analyse their performance, so we've opted to use just one PUSH Band at a time.
We do have plans in the future to test how multiple units could potentially provide more comprehensive feedback on the quality of movement. Stay tuned!
What does PUSH track?
The PUSH Band 2.0 provides peak and mean velocity in real-time, as well as peak or mean power outputs for more than 400 exercises.
In addition to rep-by-rep velocity and power (force x velocity) output, we also provide the Reactive Strength Index (jump height/ground contact time) as well as jump height (inches) for countermovement and squat jumps.
PUSH Portal users to have access to much more detailed data and metrics such as acceleration, force, work, volume, eccentric and concentric time etc.
When can I expect to see new features?
New features are released with App Store App Updates/Google Play Store Updates which happen on an ongoing basis. Make sure to check regularly that you have the latest version of the PUSH app.

Can I put the band on the bar instead?
Yes, you are also able to use the PUSH Band on the bar with our PUSH Bar Sleeve. For the most accurate data collection ensure you have set your app to 'Bar Mode' when using this option.

What type of charging cable is used?
Does the arm band contain any metal that can cause skin irritation?
No, there is no metal in the armband, device body, or any parts that touch the skin.
If connection is lost, will it keep my data until connection is reset?
Yes, we've designed the PUSH Band so that no data is lost in case the connection with your phone is lost. In addition, the PUSH Band will notify you if the connection is ever lost by flashing the indicator light.
What do I need to use the PUSH system?
You need the PUSH Band along with the PUSH VBT Mobile App to track and analyze your training.
If you wish to use the PUSH Band in Bar Mode, you will need a PUSH Band 2.0, the PUSH VBT Mobile App, and a Bar Mode sleeve.
