Both load and repetition values can be edited in the PUSH App for any completed set. This is possible regardless if these values were pre-prescribed by a Coach through the PUSH Portal, or left blank with a '0'.
The 'Edit' icon will be displayed after the 'Summary and Analytics' page after a set has been completed (circled in red below):
Clicking this button will then take you to the edit screen where you can amend both repetitions performed and load lifted. You can use the '+' or '-' buttons to toggle up/down by one unit or click on the respective number fields (red boxes in the picture below). Clicking a number field will display the input calculator for rapid number entry, as well as converting between kilograms and pounds. To save your changes, click 'Save'.
NOTE: Tapping 'Delete' will delete the entire set.
In the unlikely case of observing faulty repetition detection or missed repetitions during a set, you can edit the sets to correct these so that your workouts are tracked to perfection. The PUSH Band will typically clean up these errors automatically when creating the post-set summaries, however, even on the few occasions, it doesn’t you still have the ability to input repetition number corrections manually. You can also edit sets retrospectively by opening a given session in your Timeline, selecting an exercise from the session overview menu, and accessing the desired set to be amended by swiping to the right (red arrow below). This will then provide the 'Edit Set' display through which you can edit the set following the same process as outlined above.
