Once a test is successfully completed you will be taken to your 'Session Summary' pages. Your test score relevant to the test just performed will appear on this page.
For a full overview of the Jump Testing sections, click the link button below. This article also outlines which metrics are displayed, and how they are calculated:
For the Sub-Maximal 1-Repetition Max Tests, the displayed score will represent your new predicted 1-Repetition Max (1RM). To access this you must first click 'Calculate 1RM' in the post-test screen that follows after your last testing set (circled in red in the picture below):
Following this, you will be taken to the Test Summary screen which will display your new predicted 1RM. The individual set overview breakdown displays the mean (average) output values for both velocity and power achieved in each set. To view the outputs of each individual repetition select the arrow on the corresponding set you would like data for:
You can also view previous testing results by accessing the 'Tests' section in the PUSH App. This section displays the most recent results for all tests, and allows a historical testing results timeline to be viewed as well:
If you are subscribed to the PUSH Portal, you can also review any individual athlete's testing scores and corresponding output data in the 'Athlete Overview' or 'Reporting' sections (red boxes in the picture below). In addition, the 'Reporting' section provides team summary metrics for maximum, minimum, and mean (average) output values. All information may be exported to CSV from Portal as well:
NOTE: If you are an Athlete and wish to review your test performances, please contact your coach to access this data in Portal.
