On the PUSH platform there are two levels of coaches: Head Coaches (Owner) and Assistant Coaches.
Owners originally created the Portal/PUSH account and manage the Portal subscription. They are the Owner of their Organization's account and are the Owner of every Team created in their Organization. If the Owner wants to grant access to some or all of their Teams to another person they invite them as an Assistant Coach.
Currently PUSH only supports inviting non-Portal Users as Assistant Coaches because auto-merging of PUSH accounts is not possible at present.
An Assistant Coach has full access to all Athletes and documents/routines/templates for the Team they are a Coach of. If an Assistant Coach creates a Team it makes the Organization Owner the actual Owner/Head Coach of the Team and the Assistant Coach remains as an Assistant on the Team.
When an invitation email is sent to an Assistant Coach it will be in the language of the browser that the Head Coach who sent the email was using. For example, if the Head Coach is viewing Portal in Spanish and PUSH currently supports Spanish, then the Assistant Coach invite email will be sent in Spanish.
Assistant Coach Access Levels
An Assistant Coach has full access to any Team they are a Coach of. This includes access to all Athlete data and all documents that have been created for that Team.
Access Levels for above Organization example:
Teams: Team1, Team2, Team3
Athletes: Athlete One, Athlete Two, Athlete Three, Athlete Four, Athlete Five, Athlete Six, Athlete Seven

Inviting an Assistant Coach
Only the Owner of an Organization can invite someone to be an Assistant Coach. An Owner can only invite Assistant Coaches if they are currently on their free trial with Portal, if they are a subscribed Portal user, or if they are a Super User.
To invite someone to be an Assistant Coach the Owner must open the 'Account Settings' dialog (left click on the profile image on the top right hand side of the Portal display and then select 'Account Settings'). Following this the 'Assistants' tab must be selected. The Owner must then select the Team they want to invite the Assistant Coach to from the dropdown menu and then click the 'Invite New' button at the bottom of the dialog.
The Owner must enter the email of the Assistant Coach they want to send the invite to and press 'Enter' on the keyboard or click 'Send Invite'. The respective Assistant Coach will then receive an email with a link to accept the invite, which is currently a link to the Portal registration page.
The Assistant Coach must then complete the registration form, which will create their PUSH account and automatically add them as an Assistant Coach to the Organization they were invited to. The Assistant Coach can now use Portal with full access to the Team they were invited to.
