Requirements to set up a multi iPad environment
Multi iPad environments eliminate the need for the OpenField console and a laptop. It allows users to view or edit data captured live from an Activity straight from one or multiple iPads.

Vector Live App 2.0 needs to be installed on your iPad

Device and Receiver Firmware 6.10+ is needed
Starting a Live Activity on the Vector Live App

Power on the Vector Receiver by pressing the Power Button found on the side of the Receiver. When the Receiver is powered the Battery Status LED will illuminate.

From the main iPad, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and click the Vector Access Point Receiver Wi-Fi credentials. Enter in the password found attached to the back of the Receiver. The Wi-Fi network will be named 'Catapult Receiverxx', where xx = Receiver ID, which is found on the rear of the Receiver.

Login to the Vector Live app on the main iPad with the same credentials used to login to the OpenField console. Ensure the correct region is selected.
- Check for receiver connection in the Vector Live App. Connection is indicated by the green icon in the top right corner of the app.

Turn the Vector Devices on. Ensure the Vector Receiver's Network Indicator LED is flashing light blue and the Vector Device's Ultra-Wideband LED is solid amber.

Press 'Start Activity'.
Connecting a second iPad and enabling Edit or Read Only modes

From the second iPad, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and click the same Vector Access Point Receiver Wi-Fi credentials and enter in the same password as step 2 above.

Login to the Vector Live app on the second iPad with the same credentials used to login to the first iPad. Ensure the correct region is selected.

From the Vector Live App, you will be prompted with a 'Successfully connected' message. Click the 'Join Activity' button.

From the next menu, if you want to create, edit and delete Periods from the Vector Live App, select 'Edit mode'. If you want to view data only, click 'Read only mode'.
