If you want to change the email address/username associated with your PlayerTek account, please Contact Support.
When contacting support, please provide the current email address, the new email address, and outline whether the new email address is already linked to a PlayerTek account.
It is not possible for an email address to be linked to more than one (1) PlayerTek account. Therefore, if the new email address is already linked to an account, Support will be unable to change the current email address to the new email address.
